no drilling after 6pm???

  just got informed by some starhub appointed contractor that they cannot fix up my cable point becos they cannot drill/knock after 6pm(afraid ppl will complain of the noise). if i want it done, they can only do it during office hours or sunday?
  
  i din know got such rule!!!then what about the Fuckers who blast their karaoke with kill chicken voice???MOFOs!!!!

  Erm, afraid they may be right. Renovation permits also carry such a ruling.

  i can hear them 2 blocks away man!!!!FUckers....maybe i shud get them to blast their jackie chang wannabe voice when they drill my house to drown out the drilling sound!!!!!finally there is a use for them MOFOs!!!
