jux found out why ciggy prices went down the last time....they are trying to clear the old stocks as they now have now packaging for all fags......
same old goverment warning sh1t and with graphic pix on each and every box of ciggies!!!pix of rotten teeth and clogged up artiies and crap like that!!!!!

anyway, an increase of ciggy price is also good in a way dat it helps to boost SG's income also lor...but bad for consumers cos too ex ler..
i used to bring in at least 5 packs of ciggy form m'sia...but now, maybe 1 pack can last me for 1-2 weeks....
ive been smokin for 6 yrs...it not hard for me to quit...it ain't hard to pick up too... anyway, hopefully this is the last time i gonna havta quit it lor...
no matter how long u gonna take, but do slowly cut down the number of ciggy u take per day... -

coming to almost 10 yrs since i picked up my first cig, i still rber wearing a big heavy jacket over my sch-U and shyly tell the ah neh at the mamashop i want buy ciggs.....
in sch, hide ciggs inside bra and secret compartments in our sch bags during spot checks.....
after sch hide at staircase and toilet and smoke.....
then later in life, smoke on-and-off....and went almost 2 yrs w/o smoking...oni smoke "socially".....after tt with all the la kopi and supper and cheong sessions, and found more puff buddies liao then now is "chimney"
but then one pack can last 3~4 days....
now can still afford and i give myself certain days to be "healthy lifestyle days" (ie. no ciggs for a day or two) -

Hey, ciggie prices are up, but who's complaining, right?
Smokers in SG are just a minority what. The gov't expects us to believe that they are trying to help us curb our smoking habit by raising tobacco prices and printing gory pics on the boxes, all the while laughing their way into the bank (or wherever they keep their money) with pockets deep, full of our money.
My first fag was when I was 9. Now I'm 22. You do the math. Currently, I smoke around 20 sticks a day. Used to be 40, but then my wallet couldn't cope with my passion. My only respite is to cross the border, stay there a few hours, eat, smoke my fill, then bring in a pack of my favourite smoke, Sampoerna.
One thing though. I wonder why they ain't got warnings like "SMOKING KILLS" on cigars. The real cigars, not those cigarillos of vanilla flavoured stuff. I'm talking about hand-rolled on virgin Cuban thighs, Havana, 45 SGDollars apiece, comes in a tube cigars. Why hah

wah u smoke that like still can survive till now eh...
that's more than a stick per/hr. really FULL time smoker...
but u guys/gals agrees that we tends to smoke alot when go drinking...
me sometimes finished 1 pack in less than 2 hours of my drinking session.
