very simple, use ur shoulder to drive a wedge then jerk it to knock a space out, before than can say the Gan in 'Gan Nin Na', u are out of the train liao. use elbow not so good, wait some aunty say u molest her, use shoulder is safer. sometimes when they 'chao hee lung' then i just grab by the upperhand and pull them back abit so they stand with their side to the door, like dat then can go liao loh...
