  Second I suspect the hardisk on the machine is mirrored maybe a in RAID5+hotspare config and one of the disk failed so hotspare disk kicks in and tries to rebuild from the parity disk while the system is live thats why so slow and lagging.

  no i dont tink so. i belive the FOGGER from the main ICU is not in sync with the DRUGGER from OPC. so to solve this problem, jason gota unplug his DMZ n reboot the 2nd KNS b4 loading the AAA disc....

  today is ok... yesterday i cannot even view the website properly... only see lagging text...
