  maybe we can even ask the viewers to pick who is the 3 mods to be kicked out every week. more fun!
  
  the last one who survived will stay for 4 weeks from the days he/she appointed.
  
  At the end of 4 weeks, we nominated 3 new persons to be mods and the game begins!...
  
  In this case, the mods will be trying his best to keep his job by posting the best threads n stay active.
