It's funny how Singaporeans think Malaysians and people from other countries speak English and Mandarin with a funny accent while these people from other countries all agree that Singaporeans speak English and Mandarin with a funny accent. No offence but I find that SG's standard of English, Mandarin and especially Malay are below par.
