Me always can't get to sleep ...how ? see doctor liao he tok crap with me ... my sleeping time is 7am to 4pm ...during this time me got class leh ...
if got morning class i just go straight lor... after the day over liao, i can sleep earlier like. ..4am ... jialat lah ...how ah

but the following day i still cannot sleep leh... till around 4am plus ..then i start to feel tired...
then if i sleep.... i will wake up at around 4pm.. then the cycle come back find me liaoz... -

Then dun sleep for two days lor...haha..whenever at 4am u wan to sleep liao..go take a bath to refresh yrself..tired...bath again....good method to stay awake....trust me...Use this method..me using now...me cant sleep too..tamade..
