This is presented as part of Mascot Parade. We are proud to bring you a brand new event segment so we hope everyone will come and give us support
We want to bring this competition every year, bigger, better and with more prizes, so hope that everyone will support us for our 1st event.

General Info
Date: 3rd July 2010
Time: 12 pm to 8 pm
*Registration is from 9 am to 12 pm
Venue: Orchard Cineleisure
Event Details
• 4 categories to choose from
o Anime & Manga
o Comics & Cartoons
o PC & Console Games
o Movies & TV Shows
• Participation Goodie Bag for all contestants
o A pair of Cathay movie tickets
o Limited Edition Animax T-shirt
o SHINE Youth Festival Collectibles
• 30 Seconds of Fame!
o Each contestant is given 30 seconds on stage to impress both the judges and the voters
• Voting System
o All contestants will be given a number tag to wear during the event
o Public can vote for their favourite contestant
o Contestants can walk around during the entire event to garner votes
o Voters are eligible for lucky draw to win a SONY PS3 (Contestants are allowed to vote for themselves!)
• Grand Finals
o The winner of each category will participate in the Grand Finals to become the Ultimate COSMO Champions
o Each winner will get 1 minute on stage to convince the judges and voters on why they deserve to win
• Attractive Prizes
o Each Category will have 3 prizes
1st Prize of Cash $500 and trophy
2nd Prize of Cash $300 and trophy
3rd Prize of Cash $100 and trophy
o Ultimate COSMO Champions will win a pair of tickets to Japan and Ultimate COSMO Champion Trophy

09:00 am to 11:30 am Registration
11:30 am to 12:30 pm Anime & Manga category
12:30 pm to 01:30 pm Comics & Cartoons category
01:30 pm to 02:30 pm PC & Console Games category
02:30 pm to 03:30 pm Movies & TV Shows category
04:00 pm to 06:00 pm Mascot Parade + Results Tabulation
07:00 pm to 07:30 pm Ashley & Alodia Performance
07:30 pm to 08:00 pm Grand Finals + Announcement of results + Awards ceremony
General Rules
1. Contest registration is on a first come first served basis
2. Closing date for registration is on 27th June 2010
3. Contestant must be youths between 15 and 35 years old
4. Each contestant may only participate in one category
5. The character that the contestant is costume-playing must be from one of the four specified categories
6. There is to be no obscenity on stage including cursing, swearing, inappropriate nudity etc.
7. Contestant must be present during results announcement to claim their prize
8. Any contestant who does not comply with the rules will be disqualified
