  from what i learnt, the theme park is opened only when there isnt a fog. and most of the time, there is.
  
  of course, there are other recreations there. however, besides from casions and theme parks, singapore has almost what they have over there.
  
  e.g. billiards saloon, bowling alley, buffet, boutiques and etc.
  
  except that you gotta travel 3 and 6 hours there by personal transport and bus respectively.
