but but the role of organisers? me teacher.. only know must ask students to line up in twos, put finger on the lips and make sure they behave themselves in public ... and also taking attendance

dont know about the field. think kopi can feedback on that portion. he plays soccer more than i play mahjong.
hypothetically, a potluck picnic over lunchtime looks good, while the folks can have soccer/fly kite or watever for the following few hours before we move over to steamboat for dinner. -

u basically coordinate and plan the overall itineraries for the day, leaving the details to your peer organisers.
ultimately, ur big name's gotta be all over this place before the event rolls off. -
