Dot's Bday Bash - 18th Oct

  Objective: Chalet/BBQ
  Venue: UDMC East Coast
  Dates: 18th Oct to 19th Oct (Saturday, Sunday)
  
  Hi all,
  
  i know this's kinda last minute notice. nevertheless, i would like to annouce that i'm planning for a birthday chalet on the abovementioned date.
  
  with that, i would like to extend the invitiation to all of you folks to this event.
  
  no, u dont need to know me personally to be attending this party. u can always regard this chalet as a form of gathering organised for this forum.
  
  lastly. because to cater for the food and drinks, i would like to ask to collect a small amount of fee for those who are attending. fee: $10 (present not included. )
  
  for people who are interested, kindly state your name (in an affirmative way) so that I can have you counted.
  
  Note:
  1)The collectible fee is indiscriminately based on per attendee. You can either stay throughout the event or stay for one hour, but everyone gets to pay the same amount.
  2)There's no promise of sleeping areas cos there would be lots of people attending and it is pretty hard for me to cater a sleeping place for everyone.
