no matter what, they'll be employed.. and if they're fired, they still have the abilities to cook up a storm in their own restaurant...

i dunno what job is chi siang now.. but i am very sure BANKING n related are not very in demand..
maybe sales job? that requires ppl to stand for hrs like retail line? coz it seems that retail industry ironically are not so affected by the down slump on the economy
