i would think otherwise, as far your judgement on how she would suffer at work.
when encounter difficulties and unplesantness, I have seen people who chose to settle it subtly or keep it all to themselves. these are also the same group of people who tends to get bullied in a corporation.
on the other hand, people who DARE to complain and make their own stand appropriately are always the ones who never get short-changed. they know how to draw their line clearly, eventually letting others know that he/she is not someone who they can simply kick around.
once again, i am not passing any formal judgement on what has happened between these two threads, but more of telling AD that what he said isnt that practical in the real world.
