  be it a guy or girl, what quality/qualities does a person needs to possess in order to deserve ur respect?
  
  examples:
  has a sense of punctuality?
  responsible?
  man of his/her word?
  others?
  
  in contrast, does that means u detest people who do not have those qualities?

  a person who deserve my respect, shud have the following:
  know what he or she is doing and be responsible for it
  positive attitude towards his or her own life, own work, etc.
  
  the person who i admire shud have the following:
  have a good heart to elderly, to kids and to the animals

  i hv total respect for people who are/have:
  -candid and unpretentious
  -calm&collected a.k.a dun lose his/her cool easily when faced with a sticky situation
  -responsible and efficient
  -sportsmanship...if u lose u lose..dun blame it on others..b sporting abt it
