The other day went gym train for less than 1 hr go home whole body pain for 2 days..

one quick way to recover is to consume more protiens from fish or meat...milk.....and plenty of rest!

everyday do some excerise will be fine lor..got one fren...didnt excersie very long ba...then he go play soccer...kick the ball too hard..the leg facture...aiyoz..then go hospital..

Sorry madam I think is the position u r sleeping, further more my seat very comfortable wan leh~~~I think the driver is more tried and ach more then you, at else you get to sit on osim chair while i slept in the car; slept on F|'s bed while i stone at the stair case............see so xin fu still wanna complain my 912 *hmpf*
