it's a daily shampoo. so you can use it whenever you like.
try to find at guardian or something in Sing. perhaps they have it. compare to others, it's quite expensive. but as long as it suits my hair, i don't mind. -

me use organic frequent wash,,, then i use loreal elseve the yellow bottle, its best,,, if u reli on budget, go get lavenus, its cheap and good but not as good s loreal if onl ong term wise... and im a swimmer.. so must reli take good care of my hair,, so i waash onli once in 2 days and i always put conditioner b4 and after swim cos the conditioner protects yr hair from getting too dry...
