  So remorseful kindly forgive me for the intensetive "attacks" on the "Victim"..............I didn't "mean" it, I will "try" to take back what I have said.
  I feel so "foolish" in my "actions" today but nevertheless I was "trying" very "hard" not to "forgive" myself.
  I didn't "relaise" I was that "bad" using all those "harmful" words at you.
