just for today.. some of my colleagues got promoted, didn't have breakfast, hungry, haven't have beriyani and mutabak for ages...
a pile of co-incidences put together that made me eat a lot
and this is a lot for me... way too much...
usually a plate of chicken rice and i'm bloated for the day
need caffeine.. but apart from the morning one, it's usually useless.. -

used to have an obscenely unhealthy diet...
now, unhealthy food is a rarity for me... strange for me coz i had no reason to look after myself that way until i was attached and planning a future with her... i wanted to be healthy for her.. so i could continue to look after her... so i started a healthier life...
good habit.. still have it
and i'm not that huge.. just 6'

Hey, think you should be listening to some cheery songs rather than those sad ones. Somehow i feel tat sad songs makes one dwell on sad thots -

insipidly cheery songs actually depress me.. dunno why.. i'm perverse that way
and i'm not sad.. just sharing some words from a song from an amazingly young woman with a seemingly old soul
