my org uses Lotus Notes...
remember one of my colleagues.. there was a cry of anguish from his workstation one day.. someone used winpop to message him and Lotus Notes shut down along with a 4 page reply he was working on for 3 hours..
personally, i hate Lotus Notes.. -

the last time he received his daily "your quota" auto-mail, it read 847Mb on the server
