  my deepest apology for my ineptness in anticipating unforeseen circumstances, resulting a failure to the above event.
  
  also, i am sorry if i have created any hype on this outing, which i have have failed to deliver.

  I would like to thank the main organisers for postponing the chalet date... thank you for your kind understanding that I may not be able to get out of my resort so soon... check out is decided by the Management of the Resort...
