When the gal has skinny upper arms, slender-longish neck and highly protuding collar bones but a hellova big mammaries! I've even seen some when the boob job is so bad that the skin is stretched to the extent that the veins stand out. (I saw this on gal once proudly showing off her new chest).
I think there is a sickening rise of breast implants among 20s and 30s women in S'pore. -
