Day 3
evening run... scrapped nite run coz of bowling... ran around 1915hrs... started out well... kept constant rapid pace upslope... n downslope as well... time at first Special Stage(SS) faster than usual... by 1 min... body feeling good... no fatigue no aches... breathed with nose instead of puffing with mouth... good weather... nice wind... faster pace than past 2 runs... ended run at 22mins 29secs... - 2mins... aim to extend length of run route latest by Wed...

Day 4
started jog at 1730hrs... experienced immense fatigue from my knees to my thighs.... heavy lungs... difficulty to pace breathing... only managed to do it once onto flat route... even harder to reduce da fatigue... at all SS im 1 min slower than the previous run... only managed to pace up at the last stretch... routed an ang moh old man whom i saw at da initial SS during da last route... we acknowledged each other with a smile... further on saw da back view of a hot mama... wonderful tight butt with nice legs... not bad looking n really smell nice... mMMmmM.... pace up all da way... time... 22mins 08secs... SUX! looks like my extension of route will hafta postpone...

freaking blister on da lower side of my foot... near da sole... from yesterday's white liquid to todae's blood... wad da hell happened.... really tired todae... practically anyhow run... no pace no rhythm of breathing... managed 23mins 14 secs... +54secs? sux...
