My Jogging Diary

Day 1
[i]Finally made up my mind to go on a jog. Decided to run from my hse to Toh Tuck Rd past Signature Park - Jurong Institute - Bkt Timah CC - Rainbow Gdns - Charisma Heights - Main door of Signature Park - Pei Hwa Primary - Bkt Batok Nature Reserve - turn left at junction into Bkt Batok East Ave 3.
During the first part (Hse - Toh Tuck), there was plenty of up-slopes to deal with... kept constant pace... den... i realised something... i forgot to bring my WATCH!!! nvm... continued with jog... dun have any chio bus to see... continue with jog... down-slope(Signature Park - Bkt Timah CC)... unconciously found dat i had increased by pace due to the down-slope... feeling abit lighter... taxi... carbon monoxide...*cough*...*gasp* continue with run past Rainbow Gdns... still no chio bus... SBS bus... lead carbon monoxide....*cough cough* *gasp*.... legs feeling tired n weak... slow down pace to 1 breath 1 step... which is really slow... past dis hse with lotsa bougainvilleas... fragrance when i ran past it... high point... continue run... (Bkt Batok Nature Reserve)... lungs shouting for Malboro n fresh air... taxi bus minivan motorbikes... *cough cough cough cough* *gaaaaaaaaaaasp*.... i feel da linguine n penne i ate in da afternn coming up my oesophagus.... along with some gastric "air"...*burp*
finally into da final lap on my way home... walk... all da way home... experiencing vertigo... faint... haf...ta... rea...ch...ho...me.... time... 30mins...
Conclusion: I should really quit smoking... only to be confused by dagester later on... -
jogging also can have diary...

Day 2
Good weather... cloudy along with light wind... (theres a difference between wind n breeze)... got into my brother's Nike Shox... looks cool feels light... dunno good for running or not...
dealt with da initial stage... kept constant pace... immediately felt da strain on my left knee n left ankle... not exactly sharp pain... but juz pain... ignored it n continued... could feel da fatigue in my thighs... decided to fasten pace to run it off... which did not really work... reached the down-slope... still feeling da fatigue in my thighs n pain in my left knee n ankle.... still no chio bus...
bus...*cough cough* *gasp*.... surprised dat da fatigue in my legs had lessen instead of increased managed to increase pace without slowing down on flat roads... reached Rainbow Gdns... discovered shoelaces loose... tied... run... loose again.... ah F**K... tied it soccer style... abit tight... but my right leg feels betta now with da tightness... taxi taxi taxi *COUGH COUGH COUGH* *GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASP*... f**K hasnt anybody tot of using UNLEADED PETROL?! i feel dat i would suffer from cancer faster from dis jog breathing in all da lead n carbon monoxide compared to my smoking...
finally past da bougainvilleas... mmMMmmm...*cough* kena ambushed by taxi!!! @*&%$&*$%$*&@!!!
body still going strong... at 11mins... only lung is gasping... coz of da carbon monoxide.... past Bkt Batok Nature Reserve... on my final lap... oooo chio bu with nice pair of racks...mMmmm...*cough cough cough* *gaaaaaaassssssssssssssssssp* taxis taxis BIKE!!! curses!!! wooooo chio bu with nice butt on offending bike... she smells nice... CK? ok forgiven...
still not tired... reach HOME!!! time... 24mins 10secs.... improvement...
Conclusion: Carbon monoxide kills... taxis bikes minivans n buses kills! Chio bus with nice racks or nice buns REJUVENATION... bougainvilleas... yeah....
looking to improve time to 20mins... on Monday... -
