Sentosa Episode 13 ---{Field Report}---

thanks to our dutiful organiser, stefan, this episode is a successful one. though i have to admit that it is very unusual for us to be back this early.
today is another sunny, or rather scorching day, pretty similar to the last episode. however, the sun managed to give us a break in the early afternoon as the guys no longer needed sandals and slippers to run around on the sands.
the courts were all taken up when i arrived. took a while for me to warm up (with dai deez), before we got into action.
most of the other courts were already over-utilised. we had to resort to join another group beside the boathouse. the net was so exceptionally low that even i could perform a downwards spike.
after an hour or so, the guys decided to take a break and resume to our "warm-up" session again.
a handful of them went kayaking and swimming.
it seems to me people get hungry very easily when they are at the beach. fortunately, i bought some tibits but we had to cosume with discreet as we do not want to violate the repeating annoucement of "no outside food and drinks are allowed in the premise". for those who has never been to sunset bay, kopi can imitate that annoucement for you pretty well.
before i could have a taste of any action for the second round, the sky has gone relatively shady. the guys were enjoying a game of pass-around where the kumster will have to forfeit with a few push-ups.
we managed to obtain a court all for ourselves as everyone else left because of poor visibility of the surroudings.
we decided to play a short game before we call it a night and off we started. it was pretty competitive initially until the star server (xian) came into the game. the remaining players were virtually gathering around and chit-chating as the xian's ball (volleyball) flew from one end to the other without much challenge. 15-7 was the final score, if i remember correctly.
the bathroom was pretty packed when i went in. normally, i would just bath outside if thats the case, but i was kinda lazy.
with that, i find myself utterly regretful for not bathing outside as bluewave was doing so. lesson learnt: dont be persistent, always opened to alternatives.
we broke our record today as we left the place around 9, as compared to the usual 6-8pm.
our final destination was at kfc. because the night was no longer young and it seems like most of the guys are tired, we called it a day.
mission accomplished. -
hmmmmm....look interesting eh?? too bad...my off day dun and never falls on the rite day...really...haiz...

Actually I was there, but got lost couldn't find my way around, so sad..miss all the FUN!!!~~
