Economy Embargo

This is to inform whoever it may concern that Stefan is currently under Economy Embargo. As such Stefan has to be self sufficient from today (28th of April 2003) onwards. Thus, Stefan will not be available for most outings, only Sentosa and maybe Karaoke. This will continue until Stefan receives welfare from the Government wing for Military Welfare Department aka MINDEF or charitable help from commercial organisations. Thank You.
