US Troops DRIVES into Baghdad

The US Troops have been reported to drive into Baghdad literally without meeting any resistance at all. No Iraqi forces were present in Iraq and the family of Saddam is no where to be found.
Is this an "Empty City" plot by Saddam mimicking ZhuGe Liang's tactic, maybe Saddam is an avid reader of Sun Zi's 36 Tactics....???
Or has the Ba'ath Government fallen and Saddam has escaped elsewhere?

but then hor... when zhuge liang use this tactic on sima yi, his purpose is to let sima yi scared and retreat leh...
but now the coalition forces like boh chup, still go in and conquer the capital...
