* Keep yourself as joyful as possible and do not focus on worries.

* Follow a balanced diet and take sufficient fluid, say around 1.5litres to 2 litres per day.

* Take yellow and green vegetables and include at least an orange, or an apple, or a Kiwi, or any other fruits that you prefer every day.

* Exercise at least 3 times a week and each should last for 30 to 45 mintues. Exercise means activities that will cause some challenge to your physical state and produce moderate sweating. A good example is running at 3.5 to 4.5 miles/hour for 30 minutes or playing an hour's game of tennis or badminton.

* Unless absolutely necessary, do not work extra long hours.
