Friendly Fire

Most of the casualties inflicted on the coalition so far have come from US friendly fire.
Reminds me of a WWII-era joke/observation:
When the British bomb, the Germans duck.
When the Germans bomb, the British duck.
When the Americans bomb, everybody ducks. -
one of the British soldier threw a grenade into their own tent and 1 soldier was dead and the other 15 injured.
