my thumb kena sprained tio, not by the volleyball but by knocking onto someone else in the same court.
the pain was so intense this morning even tho i did not move it or was holding onto anything. and i gotta cry all the way to the chinese traditional practitioner to get it treated. boo hoo....... :~(
the chinese doctor did an x-ray and she said it is juz a sprain, no crack, no fracture, no broken bones. phew... but still paaaaiiiinnnn.....
now bandaged liao, but looked like a turban to me, the way it was wrapped. thursday still gotta see the chinese doctor again to 'loot' again
how? i scared i'm not fit to play on this coming weekend leh.... -
