Given the present state of tension around us and the world, SG security and sovereignty is at stake. Wonder how many of us will shed blood to defend SG when the need arises.
Remember the day u enlist, you would have taken an oath of allegiance to the SAF & Singapore. if any of us breaks the vow then is boycott and i hope we won't get stike by lightning.
whatever it is, the bottom line is my parents, family, friends, love ones and homeland are HERE! whatever it is, i will still defend the sovereignty of this nation.!!!

For those of us who had done NS in the 70's, gone through IPPT's, reservists in combat units, this is the dunbest question ever asked. It is not the question of loyalty to the nation, where pple are grumbling..it is not shed blood, but are you starving for the ruling party!.

It's not a matter of choice when war came-a-knocking. It's a collaborative stance to be taken by every Singaporean. Akin to chopsticks... easy to break a lone chopstick but then try breaking a whole bunch of it
We have enjoyed the good times, peace and tranquility of this nation. Hence we should stand up and be counted when the time calls to protect her. Do this for yourself, for the person standing next to you and for our next generation.
Irregardless of the size of the adversity nor what may the outcome be, I will sleep at ease every night cause I know I will play my part
