anyway, the good qualities sometimes come from the less educated, depending on which aspects.

Maybe the higher educated people plans for their future..
They calculate everything before giving birth to their children..
So they won't go over budget..
On the other hand, the less educated people might be thinking of "I want a boy"..
and because of this, they are trying hard to reproduce a boy and keeps reproducing till a boy is being reproduced.. -
i would argue that higher education does not necessarily results in good quality (as in humanity).

Standard of living is rising. Cost of living is also rising. No money also cannot enjoy the high standard of living. -
Singapore a place where "Taxing" happens on everyone who has money, there was time when people said that bus fares won't
increase.... but it did!! and also there was a time when they say CPF contributions won't decrease.....but it did!!
We'll build a nation for the gov. in return it show us what retrenchments can be......We can achieve! but we are deceived! -

but quite frankly i think in singapore the environment for education is quite good. If those who can reproduce is able to finance their kids through the entire education cycle and not dump them with the umbilical cords still attached, then I wont think that population degradation is such a problem.. I dunno.. Other factors may be at play.. -
