Hair: Do gals look nicer with fringe or no fringe?

I have never had a fringe all my life, and recently, I have started wondering if I should cut a fringe (above my eyebrows) or leave my haif all the same length (no fringe). My present hair length is somewhere past my shoulders. Any advice?

used to have no fringe.. then wanna change hairstyle
asked the hairdresser to cut slanted fringe for me but she misunderstood.. and cut my fringe straight... ard my eyebrows
damn! until now.. my fringe still so short

my advice, i think cos u have wavy hair, longer fringe suits u more~~ -

As for me, I am able to look younger in short fringe (which is my present hair style) ...
But recently, might be bcuz of the J-pop craze or whatever..
Many gers also cut short fringe..

Well, I do know about that but I've seen 2 many in short fringe!!

-high forehead: u can afford 2 hav beri short or dolly fringe...tink fiona xie n fann type...
-low forehead: longish fringe more suitable...
oso muz c ur face shape lor...
mi recently cut fringe oso lehh..hee...longish type..past my eyes...coz mi bo kok tao mah...
