okay, seriously... just relax lor.
do things that you enjoy. exercising, though tiring, i think is the best cure for stress, an evening jog will do. find someone to go jogging with you if u dun like to be alone.
play lesser computer games if u get frustrated when u lose or something. i've stopped playing games frequently for years already, i feel much more relaxed compared to last time. -
