I'm a smoker sometimes, i find that its not that hard to stop smoking, its harder to break the certain habits that smoking had brought to ur life. For example, every morning wake up 1st thing is smoke, before start work, after food, etc I actually dun crave for the cigarettes but if I'm not smoking I would feel very weird like i'm missing out a step or something

wake up smoke, after eat smoke, go out from aircon place smoke, before sleep smoke -
I used to smoke about 40 sticks a day... but hv quited for 2 years liao.... -
