  easy. There is only one way to get hard to get people - is to becoming hard to get yourself. You should be on and off randomly and strategically. The problem with real hard to get people is that they are surrounded with eyes and words, so you gotta stand out from the crowd and pretend you are different (although you are not). That way she/he will notice you.
  
  But becareful, even after you get what you want, you still have to play the same game... Unless! you have the ability to change her personality
