Five days can meh??
I tried stop smoking before..... but on the 6th day, u see a cigrette in my mouth again. -
end of the day, its still down to determination.

i think the most can quit for 5 days onli... after that surely start smoking again

Try to slowly cut down day by day lor.. until one day u smoke only one, den 1 week 6 den 5 den 4 den 3 den 2 den 1 .. den 1 month 1 den no more..
it's gone.. -
