So........ which school rules s'pore?

i can't say much for CHINKS or the definition of that term. What i do know, other than the 2 Raffles (RI and RGS), all the schools that rule the top 10 are SAP schools. NYGH, CHS, SNGS, Dunman, RV High...
And none of the english, branded ang mo schools (ACS, SCGS, MGS) have beaten these schools before.. never did, never will save for a few fluke years.
The SAP schools take in 280 and above scorers as their best students. The only schools that have as much power and clout that isn't sap are the two raffles.
ACS, MGS, SCGS, etc should just shut their mouths when academically, they're not top notch and have never been up there with the SAPs.
Where are they always?? no. 10? no 12? Sometimes SCGS can't even get past 12. haha.
ACS more than often find themselves at 10th place.
CHS, NYG, Dunman High, SNGS and RV are always 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 year after year. When those lousy, crummy, pompous schools with no academic substance find themselves surpassing the SAPs, then they earn the right to talk so much. -
