Technology makes us FAT

... now we dun use type writers...
Secretary type the letter in typewriter, walk to boss to check, come back and re-type...then let boss see again...repeat until no mistake... then put stamp on envelop...walk to post office to mail the letter...
Now, email ...type in Word processing software...email to boss...later email to the other party...all done without the butt leaving the chair
We are getting FAT
