Mad man throw bottle down

  As mi came home... police car was below the flat liao
  
  Upstair...police is talking to 2 men who are alleged to have thrown down 2 glass bottles from 8 storey...
  
  From mi house...can see tat policemen are talking to the 2 men and pointing downstairs at the broken bottles...
  
  No arrest is made yet...
  
  Mi will keep u updated on the outcome....

  later on, the Police investigating officer came down and questioned the mad man... and then brought him away in police car...
