Legalised Mahjong?

  Just now walk pass a funeral wake, saw some of the pple playing mahjong using $$$, and another group is playing Black Jack wif $$$ too.
  
  So pple are using the excuse of such solemn occasion for their own "entertainment"?

  hm... isit not allowed?.. but if not allowed isit cos its illegal gathering (but its not) or isit operating an unlicensed gambling den (it possibly mabbe...)

  honestly i think it is not allowed...but as u know, even if some policemen see these stuff, they also diam diam....ban dang mah..maybe?
