Funny conversation at 7-11

Last saturday i went to 7-11 near my place.
Just before i went in were a young couple...and of course i can't stop looking at the chio lady.
As i was about to go to pay for my things, the guy was at the counter with a few stuff, and then the cashier lady said:
Cashier: Hey, buy a bigger pack lah...more worth it. U young man can one lah (and she reached out to change the 3-pack condom to a 9-piece pack)
The guy: ... (paid and left with a red face, as the girl followed behind)
