SARS has claimed a two more victims in Singapore, bringing the total number of fatalities to eight.
More details on the latest fatalities are expected at a news conference to be held later Monday.
Meanwhile, Channel NewsAsia understands a staff nurse at Changi General Hospital has been identified as a suspected case of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.

The hospital is now contacting patients who had been admitted into Ward 28 of Changi General Hospital as they could have come into contact with the nurse there.
They have also been told to take their temperature regularly over the next 10 days
