Stray cats feeder

  Saw near mi place a lot of cat feeders...
  
  evening time, these cat feeders will walk around wif paper-bag of food and put them on the floor for stray cats to eat.
  
  As a result, there are a lot of stray cats near mi place...haiz

  my house downstairs got pple feed them oso.....everytime abt 1am they feed the cats...
