  mi compiling a list of info tat newbies should know...

  e.g. a link to the rules in here..
  
  Introduction to Forums here:
  probably each forum moderator (1 for each) can post a little info on their forum so tat we can put those info at the Ministry of Information forum for newbies to hav an idea of sgforums in general.
