I found a few pple here are early riser... and come to sgforum too.
e.g. Kohanson.
Early risers, (before 7.30am), fall in here.
So usually wat time u all wake up har?

donno.... i got problem of falling asleep at nite..... took me hours lying on the bed before i can actually fall asleep....
i envy those who can fall into deep sleep in just a few mins..... -

Try taking some valium 2 help u to sleep. Talk to your doc, they might help. The other way is to tired out yourself during the day, do not take caffeine products like coffee or tea, and do not take afternoon naps. Exercise regularly.
Last resort is to use a baseball bat to knock yourself out when u wanna sleep.

when u realise that u spend 1/3 of day sleeping u will find that sleeping is a waste of time...esp when u get to book out
