is it worth it...?
can the money be put to better use...?
can return the money to the people...?
can this can that...?
they always never think of the reason y the money is spent...

of course if this was organised at the expense of our own people (however you define this), then well, they should review it.
but for me, if there is one reason they should review it, it is not how much it cost, but how they keep doing the same things over and over again. -
