Master Warrant Officer Tang Peck Oon was born on 10 Nov 1960. Enlisted into the Singapore Armed Forces in 9 Jul 1977, MWO Tang served in the Commando Battalion from 1977 to 1994 and was promoted to the rank of Master Warrant Officer in 1998.
In 1994, MWO Tang attended the United States of America Sergeants Majors Course in Fort Bliss, Texas. MWO Tang graduated from PSB with a Diploma in Supervisory Management in 1996.
MWO Tang has held many appointments, including Officer Instructor in School of Commando Training, Regimental Sergeant Major of 1st Singapore Infantry Regiment, Company Second in Command in School of Infantry Specialists (SISPEC) and Officer Commanding in SISPEC.
MWO Tang is currently the Brigade Regimental Sergeant Major in 23rd Singapore Infantry Brigade.
So, yes, 23rd SIB -
