i try to ignore her for a few weeks. we were like together for 3 yrs 11mths. but after that i tink she wan to remain as frenz. then email me say can we still be frenz. then we jus started regular msn chatting...

gif urself some timeframe to sort of accept the new status for urself n ur ex. so it will be easier to be back as frenz.... good luck
