as for me, i could never bring myself to go ....
It really depends whether you understand the person well as a person when together. If I was your ex, I wouldn't even think about inviting you, not because I feel that you are not important, but because knowing your character and personality, I wouldn't want to put in a difficult position.
Of course, if it isn't that case, then it should be alright.
P.S: Not that I don't want to go - I am almost always seen as threat to basis of instability - My presence may affect equalibrium and it's their partner who would mind, not me.

well i dun see a wrong being friends. just tt it happens tt my nxt to be bf dun like my ex. ha.
