  Something that happened so many times since young i refuse to elaborate. She thrashed my room while i was out, sometimes locking my room. Barring me from entering. She insults me with @#$%^&*() in hokkien ang moh etc. Totally break my self esteem down. Then destroy my mental peace. Eg: When i finally fell asleep, she barged into my room, turned on the lights and started insulting me with her #$%^&*( and swept my belongings off my table, spilling a cup of water on the floor while trying to reach for my phone.
  Then she left, kicking my stuff on the floor away from her.

  If he refuses, or he holds your stuff hostage as a form of blackmail to get you back, then you're going to have to threaten to call the cops. It's rather extreme, I know, but for him to hold on to your stuff without your permission is a form of theft.
